Shoopman, Jr. With almost 40 years of leadership experience at the Tennessee Valley Authority and The University of Tennessee, Chuck Shoopman's work has demonstrated excellence in policy development, economic development, process definition, performance improvement and the practical application of technology for efficiency gains and cost savings. In 2019, Chuck received the prestigious Ned R. McWherter Leadership Award from the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence.

Christina Brown’s strong background in higher education, politics, government policy, workforce and economic development enables her to connect with stakeholders in these spaces to identify and utilize resources to create maximum value. Throughout her career, Brown has combined higher education, economic and workforce development platforms by developing and managing best practice programs at top tier academic institutions such as the University of Florida and Santa Fe College. She has also collaborated on initiatives with state and federal agencies such as the Florida Department of Revenue, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and the Florida Department of Labor as well as the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Department of Labor.
As Vice President of Business Development, Government and Education with Apollidon Learning, Brown introduced digital marketing for online graduate programs to academic institutions nationwide. Brown utilized her outside of the box know-how in grant management, and workforce and economic development to access previously unidentified resources to assist students enrolled in online programs.
